Slough Council chief exec slags-off Cllr Haqeeq Dar.

Astonishing evidence is circulating outside the council that Roger Parkin contemptuously called Cllr Haqeeq Dar (Labour, Wexham Lea) a fuck wit.

Slough Council's acting chief executive Mr Parkin claimed that in a 4 hours meeting with council Leader Sohail Munawar (Labour, Elliman), Cllr Dar broke-down and cried.

Provisional information suggests Cllr Munawar was attempting to cover-up a potentially damaging 10 pages report written by former deputy council leader James Swindlehurst (Labour, Cippenham Green). The report about council affairs seems to have vanished without trace.

Temp council chief exec slags-off Slough Times.

Trying to prevent more astonishing revelations, this week desperate Roger urged staff to talk to him instead of talking to the Slough Times.

Staff have been victimised for reporting worrying things. It is safer to chat with us.

Few years ago, disliking comparison of his performance with better performing councils, Roger told staff being transferred to Arvato, a neighbouring council leader was involved with prostitutes – how did Roger know about the girls ?

Concerned sources say a few female staff, particularly younger ones, get council perks for sexual favours. Naughty, naughty. Important to keep private hanky-panky entirely separate from official council duties.

Temp Chief Exec Roger Parkin scraps his own permanent job.

Sources says last September Roger and his loyal friend Vijay McGuire planned a council reorganisation. Roger then tasked temporary contractor director Mike England to present the Parkin masterplan.

The latest plan shows Roger's permanent director of customer services post has vanished. This creates a problem for failing council leader Sohail Munawar. Either Sohail can pay-off Roger with a secret and probably massive amount of public money or give Roger the still unadvertised chief executive's job even though – in the opinion of the Slough Times and increasing numbers of council staff – Roger simply hasn't the brains or the talent to do the job.

Different sources tell the Slough Times that Roger has some mysterious hold or influence over Sohail. If you know any more please tell us.

Farewell to Assistant Director of Commercial Services & Procurement, Mr Gurpreet Anand, who leaves at the end of this month £95,000 richer after a secret deal approved by acting chief executive Roger Parkin.

Sources say Gurpreet, pay scale SML 13, on circa £84,000 annually, has been off sick for the last 7 months after, as the council's part-time Monitoring Officer, losing his public row with Council Leader Sohail Munawar.

Sources claim Roger Parkin was involved in removing Gurpreet from his Monitoring Officer's job. Subsequently Roger, ignoring other suitable staff, appointed his ally, Sunderland, County Durham contractor Linda Walker at what appears to be an astonishingly expensive cost.

Farewell to Assistant Chief Executive Tracy Luck who leaves at the end of this month £95,000 richer after a secret deal with acting chief executive Roger Parkin.

Tracy, also listed as Assistant Directory Strategy & Engagement, pay scale SML 13, gets circa £88,000 annually plus perks including her annual subscription to the Society of Local Authority Chief Executives ('SOLACE').

Sources say Roger Parkin agreed Tracy's pay-off before he presented his staff reorganisation and job cuts plan to the Cabinet. Others are gleefully fleeing with Council Tax payers' cash this coming week - all in total secrecy.
